Pardee Service Experts

I needed a same day repair at the last minute-and of course it was an unusual request requiring dual shower heads to both be routed through a new filter I had ordered online. They were out to do the repair with in less than 2 hours of my call and did an excellent job with the repair. Sean was our repair rep and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend these guys to my friends and family hands down!

Chadwick serviced the main restroom in my house. He did outstanding work as well as communicated as a professional. The area surrounding the issue was cleaned extensively. He explained the issue in detail and in a manner that was easily understood. I appreciate Pardee more for the experts they employ and will continue to utilize their services for as long as they uphold such high standards.

Gerald and James did a fantastic job,they crawled under my house and inspected my ductwork. Did a tune up on my two hvac systems and gave very informed recommendations. Highly recommend Pardee for all your A/C needs come this season. Go Pardee

Chad was a friendly knowledgeable guy who replaced the broken hose bib in my wall did a Great job very good quality workmanship. Definitely recommend using their services

Danny and Kimmon performed adjustments to the compressor cooling fan to reduce the excessive noise that we had been experiencing.
Justin had replaced the fan earlier in the week and the noise began shortly after that.
We are very pleased with the quick response and the service that these three techs provided.

We had a service warning over the weekend and lost A/C to part of the house. Pardee was extremely responsive and had someone scheduled the same day. Jon S was very currtious and extremely thorough. Had our unit up and running again in no time. He even took time to explain what he did and went the extra mile to try and prevent the issue from happening again over the summer.

James and Justin were great. They were able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They also let me know when they were on their way and how long before they would arrive which was very helpful and appreciated. Two thumbs up.

Chadwick Winn did a great job putting in my new faucet. There were complications and he persevered until everything was perfect.

The same week brought Branden Plowder, Josh Smalls, and Trevon Smalls to install new HVAC systems. They were very professional, polite, and efficient. I appreciate their good work.
