I've also had Brandon and Oscar come out when my ac went out on the 4th of July. They should up quickly and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.

Clarence literally saved us over the 4th of July weekend when the AC had broken and the house was at 91 degrees. The team was able to work us into their schedule and he arrived after 5:00 the first day, a Saturday. He returned the second day with the needed parts and worked through an additional wiring issue, staying all afternoon on a SUNDAY. His service, commitment to helping us, high level of professionalism, and expertise were unparalleled. My family and I are beyond grateful and appreciative.

Ray and Caleb were so professional and kind! Everything was well explained and thorough from Diana setting up the appointment so quickly to Ray and Caleb checking over what needed to be done.They were quick and they laid everything out in a simple understandable way. Very personable and kind to my son and I. This company just saved me from spending money I did not need to.They care about the customer not just making money! I’ve been taken advantage of by two companies and have had some horrible experiences costing a lot of money and problems for me.This was a great experience! Older HVAC system suffered a permanent failure and needed to be replaced. Cole provided me a recommended replacement system available to install the next business day. Brett and Doug installed the system. Cole, Oscar, Brett, and Doug were pleasant and professional. Brett and Doug answered all my questions concerning the system during installation.

Dealt with Pardee in the past and always a great experience. Clarence has come out to my home couple times and always professional and very down to earth and easily explained the work he was there to do, thank you Pardee! So this time around I had to call to schedule for a tech to come out and spoke with Nicole, very friendly and engaging over the phone. Ray and James came by and fixed it. I definitely have this company saved to my contacts.

Justin Vedrode and Cole were very helpful. They serviced the AC unit and checked the furnace. They also installed a surge protector for the out door unit. I highly recommend them. They worked smoothly and efficiently.
