Five Start (Cullen R.) provided another excellent experience, service, and value. Cullen was on time, friendly, and he explained everything he was going to do during the service, and he fully answered all the questions I had.

Stephen and crew did a great job replacing our old hvac ducting. Work was done well and ahead of schedule.

Joseph Spencer with 5 star heating an A/C just left our house. We had to schedule service for our AC Unit, and we found 5 star on Angie’s list. We expected the worst as far as what we thought we’d have to pay. After Joseph checked out the A/C unit, he was able to get it up and running in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and kept me posted on exactly what he was doing. Great service and a very reasonable price. We will call on 5 star for all of our A/C and heating needs in the future. I own a CrossFit gym on James Island and Stephen and his crew came out to install a 16ft giant fan on a 25" ceiling. They were very professional and Stephen stayed to supervise his crew while the install took place over several days. The fan was installed properly and looks great! Thanks guys! Will recommend!

Had a small issue crop up with a drain line and Cullen and his team showed up within six hours to address the situation. 10/10 service.

AMAZING is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the customer service and actual service received. These guys are great! From talking to Amy in the office to the guys responding even sooner than anticipated and trying everything imaginable to help, I am more than impressed. The texts with updates, follow up calls, and genuine desire to help, is wonderful! I will only call them for our locations in their service area going forward. Thanks Five Star!!

Update 2021: top of the line work at a valuable price. 5Star redid my ductwork and installed a whole house dehumidifier. The indoor comfort is priceless, but the electric bill savings have already paid for this project!

2016:
My AC went out during the peak of the summer heat. Fortunately, I had already been shopping around and getting quotes from area contractors for a new packaged unit from a reputable manufacturer (Trane, American Standard, Lennox, Carrier, etc.). Stephen at Five Star Charleston was able to beat my lowest quote (of the four I received), and after properly performing a heat load calculation, set me up with a top of the line 4 ton Lennox LRP16GE AC/gas pack.

As a preferred Lennox dealer, Five Star was able to have the new unit delivered the very next day after I agreed to proceed with the work. Installation and testing was completed in less than a day, and after a month of operation, I have been very satisfied.
