I am very happy with the service I received to diagnose and repair my central AC. From dealing with Ashley to schedule the appointment to Aaron completing the repair. Aaron explained everything he had to do. Great customer service and very professional team. I am now happily enjoying my central AC again. Price for services was also reasonable.

Our technician David always does a fantastic job with whatever issue or maintenance we throw his way, and the pricing is always laid out for us and is fair.

They responded to my email the same day, scheduled a diagnostic appointment within a few business days, and quickly fixed the problem. They were very pleasant to work with and seemed reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them!

Our AC system went down - We called a bunch of places and Atlantis was not only the first one to return our call but they had a tech out that same day! We ended up needing to replace the whole system- they scheduled it - kept their schedule and did a great job. Mike and his step son did a great job installing our system- kept to the original quote- no add on expenses. Thanks!

I have been using Atlantis Comfort Systems for a number of years to maintain my heating and HVAC system, basic routine maintenance and they’ve always been on time, with courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

Well, on this past Sunday, December 19, my need went from routine maintenance to emergency service, just 5 days before Christmas!!! We lost heat & hot water; I contacted the service manager, Chris Horan at 9am Monday morning and there was a technician at my home within 45 minutes- yes you read that correctly, 45 minutes!

We have a high efficiency boiler, and after diagnosing the problem, the technician, Omah, informed me that the furnace had some serious issues, pointed them all out to me and gave me the bad news that it had to be replaced.

Now the good news: at 8:30am there was a crew of 5 men at our home, they worked for 2 days removing the old furnace and replaced it with a beautiful (if you can call a furnace beautiful) new Lochinvar furnace and our home is warm & toasty again!

Chris Horan and his crew at Atlantis Systems are simply the best!!!

This is a return to the days of companies that Really care about
their work and their customers.

Mike was wonderful. He had a cancellation and called to ask if he could arrive earlier than planned. It worked out perfectly. I had recently purchased the home and had scheduled Atlantis to tune up the furnace. He took the time to go over every question I had. 5 stars from ease of making the appointment all the way through to the emailed receipt.

Once again one of your drivers cut me off today. They should be thankful their company gives them a vehicle for work. Instead they drive like it's their own. Owner should evaluate the people that work for them better.
