This company installed mini splits for us. At every step of the process, they kept us informed, answered all of our questions and made us so comfortable. It can be somewhat intimidating having a hole cut into your wall, but they made it seem easy. We highly recommend this wonderful professional company.

Both reps we have had out were very friendly, technically solid, and exhibited high levels of troubleshooting prowess. I had a follow up question regarding a resent repair and Atlantis was very responsive and followed up with me immediately. The technician who's name is Dylan,who was already waiting for me at my house,was on time,professional and honest. Even the women who answer the phones..Toni,Billie and I know there is another woman but I am sorry i cannot remember her name,ALL 3 of them are very curtious and on top of their game. I wanted to replace my 50 Year old boiler with a new combination unit. Price was fair for a brand new Lochinvar 150N unit. Mike and the crew doing the work was great and did a clean great looking install. Eric made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Would do business with Atlantis again if the need should arise.

Recently, within the past week, they installed a new heating system in my home. They were nothing but professional. Excellent customer service and the work was great too. Took time to explain things to me and were overall just great.

I can't say enough about the tech Dylan who came out to fix our AC Unit. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband tried to get this company to give us quotes on replacing/upgrading one or two of our HVAC systems. The estimator came out on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hubby was told that he'd get estimates for various options in 3-5 days. Well, three weeks go by and he calls to see what's going on. He was told that either the estimator or the person on the phone would get back to him that day. One week later nothing. I don't get it and neither does he. We have two other companies coming by next week and hopefully we'll have better luck.

I am very pleased with Aaron, Shane and Mike from ACS. They were at my house for three days installing a new unit. They worked in extremely hot and humid conditions… the old system never had an air filter replaced! They worked in the attic in the heat with all that bad air and never complained! They were always professional and had a smile 😊. I work from home so I saw all their moments and they were stellar a true team and hard working! I would highly recommend them for any service!
