I have been using R.E. Coogan's services for over five years now, and they are truly the best. Bobby Coogan is always ready to respond quickly to my needs, is very fairly priced, and he and his team do quality work every time. Also, with Bobby's professional yet caring manner, I always feel like I'm being well taken care of. I've had an entire forced air heating system installed, pipes refitted, washer and dryer installed, and just today I noticed that my hot water heater had given out. Bobby's team came right out, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my heater that very afternoon. Whenever I have an issue or new need regarding my plumbing and heating, I will call R.E. Coogan. I highly recommend them.

We have had both of our HVAC units replaced by R.E. Coogan. Over a year ago they replaced one of our 3-ton HVAC systems that was near its end of life. The team installed and completed on time, and we are very satisfied! Last week we had our second HVAC system replaced. Again, Bobby’s team came in and did a superb job! The installers are professional, wear masks all the time, and ensure they clean up after the work is done.

We converted an old oil boiler to a gas one with RE Coogan and were so pleased with the service we got. Bobby was responsive, thorough, and courteous. And he gave us a reasonable price. His crew was respectful and left the basement cleaner than it was before they came. Robin in the office walked us through every step of the process, helping us get financing through R.I.S.E. It's hard to imagine a better experience.

We've used Coogan Heating & Plumbing twice now and been totally satisfied each time. The first time was an issue with our tub leaking. We had several plumbers come look at it, and two of them told us we had to get a new one but Nolan from Coogan Heating & Plumbing fixed the issue on the spot at a very reasonable rate, saving us a ton of money, time, and angst. Then last week our hot water heater started leaking and Robert was there within an hour to replace it. He was efficient and professional. We highly recommend Coogan Heating & Plumbing!

Made the conversion from oil to gas last February, and the whole team was clean, courteous and fast. They kept us in the loop for every step. The on demand hot water was fast despite having the heat off for the whole summer, and our bills were way down. Turned the heat on this fall, no problems at all. The Navien they installed is quiet and provides plenty of hot water for multiple sources at once. Highly recommend these guys.

I was referred to RE Coogan by my electrician, and I'm glad he did because they were easy to work with and very reasonable. Bob is a great guy, and he set up my appointment very quickly. Norlan and Max did a great job. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend RE Coogan for any plumbing work.

Initially it was great dealing with these guys, but they get overwhelmed and don't know how to pencil a customer in for service. Even if you are busy you give the customer a possible date with the understanding that it can move based on how things are going. These folks say the owner will call..... days and weeks go by and nothing. So you as a customer looking to have the person who installed your system want their support. The owner only calls to say don't call his girls and harass them about a time. If the owner would pick up the phone to say he's really busy and will see what he can do, no problem. But he calls to say don't harass his girls he's busy find someone else.

Mr. Coogan! No problem! You will never get another call from me. Oh and the estimate that we were supposed to get for cooling that your office never supplied after your very nice serviceman came out to do all he had to do. Tear it up. Its winter now and it's been about a year.. Thanks for everything.

Woke up without heat in the house. Called around to 5 other companies none of which had time to come out and look at my issue. I called R.E. Coogan and within an hour they were knocking on my door. Bob is a respectable guy that was able to fix my issue in minutes while teaching me a little something along the way. He also pointed out some things that I should keep an eye on going forward as he feels they are potential problems. Going forward Bob will be my first and only call when it comes to any heat related issues.
