R.E. Coogan Heating Inc

A job well done. My older model furnace stopped working. I was lucky enough to find a company to replace my furnace in a timely manner. R.E. Coogan were professional, fast and efficient. I'm very pleased with my new furnace. It feels good to be warm during these cold winter months.

Coogan Heating, Inc. installed a new HVAC system in my house. They had to remove the oil heating unit, etc. They were so efficient, on time, and priced well. I couldn't have been happier with their work and responsiveness to anything on the follow up. I would highly recommend them.

I used RE Coogan at the end of 2019 to repair a malfunctioning central air system. They were responsive and the service tech fixed the issue. So when I had an issue in early 2020, I called them again. They told me that the condenser had failed and needed to replaced. I asked them to provide me a quote for the service, but I never received one. I called once a week for a month and was always told "we're working on it". In the meantime I had 2 other companies come look at the unit and both got me quotes within 24 hours. Needless to say I am now using a different company. It's disappointing because I was pleased with RE Coogan's repair services, but when you don't get a quote for more than 2 months, it leaves much to be desired.

Had major issue with my boiler requiring immediate replacement. Called R E Coogan and spoke with Robert directly. He was very informative about the system and also recommended info on energy audit as well as no cost finance and rebates. Promised next day install. At the last minute I made a major change and called Robert and woke him up at 6 in the morning (sorry again Robert). At this point I figured I would have to wait longer but Robert took care of all my concerns and had boiler installed by end of the day. The fact he gave me his personal phone number and answered a call at 6 in the morning says a lot about the character of this man and his company. His employees were professional at all times. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future should the need arise.

I Just replaced by natural gas furnace and central air unit. I took the time to contact four different contractors in the area and after meeting with all of them, I decided to go with R.E. Coogan Inc. The whole team: from Robert to Nicole and Ana in the front office to all of the installers, were quick, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They did an exceptional job installing my new energy efficient systems and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Two thumbs up and five stars to all the staff at R.E. Coogan !!!

Coogan for their assistance with our Warwick Office yesterday - our air conditioning was not functioning to its full capacity - they were prompt, effective and professional in all aspects of their services. They provided honest advice and helpful follow up - Thank you again for your assistance during the heat wave! Greatly appreciated and I would recommend their services hands down!

This company is the best! During these pandemic times it is hard to get service people, they are all booked up. We had no heat and couldn’t get anyone to fix the problem. We reached out to Bobby Coogan and he sent someone same day. I was expecting an evaluation, but they fixed it right then and there. Hooray! He texted ahead, showed up when expected, and knew what he was doing. Also they wore masks and were careful about social distancing. I highly recommend RE Coogan.

I'm pleased with BEAUTIFUL job that Coogan Heating did! The new SlantFin boiler is fast & efficient....Miracle Wish that came true for me....replace my old relic Bryant boiler system from the 1940's.......Bob& his team very professional,friendly,courteous, & walked me through the whole new process& very affordable too! 5 star plus rating!!!

I emailed R.E. Coogan Heating at 7:50am , they open at 8. At 8:10 they called me and told me they don’t do the work I needed done. They referred me to someone that could. It’s now 9:30am and my issue has been resolved. They could have blown me off like 3 other companies did. They have a customer for life.
