Gino's Plumbing and Heating

I needed a Deduct meter added to my house to help with my water bill during sprinkler usage. He came out and gave me an estimate. He was very friendly and seemed reasonably priced. We agreed on a price and he said he would call me to set up the installation time. That's where the good experience ended. He never answers the phone and rarely gets back to you. Every time I spoke to him he said he would call me the following morning to give me a scheduled day and time. Never did. He did that to me 4 times. 2 months have gone by. Had to find someone else to do it.

Gino was professional in each interaction beginning with our initial phone call. He was responsive, listened to all of my concerns, and quickly repaired a pipe under our sink. He provided information about additional options to take care of any issues that may come up in the future, and was a great value for the work he provided. I would absolutely recommend him.

Called Gino’s plumbing to install a bathroom faucet. He gave me a day when he could come. He showed up the day he said he would. Completed the job in a timely manner. Was professional but also personable. Cost was very reasonable. Gino is now my new plumber!
