Extremely helpful. Stayed with me on the phone helping me troubleshoot why my boiler wasn't working! I don't know anything about the heating system in my house, but he was very patient with me and helped me get my heat back on (and taught me how to fill my boiler!!). Would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family! Thank you for all your help!!

I can't say enough about the integrity of this place. Came out the next day for a non-emergency. He explained there was a much larger problem, but spent over an hour trying to figure out how to do a work around for an A/C. Helped enough so the A/C worked better and didnt charge us. This bought us time. Honest, prompt and knowledgable! Thank you!

Would never work with this company. I called about our tankless system not working and the gentleman on the phone told me to "download the books online and find out what the error code is and you can fix it from there" he seemed uninterested in helping and then told me to Google the name brand of my system (which he got wrong) and find out who can work on it in the area...great service for a family with 3 kids under 5 who now doesn't have heat or hot water. So much for emergency response lol. Total joke

95 degree day, and of course, our a/c isn’t working....and it’s Saturday. The company we have used since moving here can’t help us. We called Emergency Response and they were here within the hour. Twenty minutes later and cool air is blowing out of our vents. The charge was no more than I would’ve expected for a normal service call. Thank you Emergency Response, you saved us!

Our heat went out over the weekend. Ray came right out. He didn’t have the part, but came back first thing Monday morning to fix it. Thank you!

I called at midnight on tonight, my heating and air machine was making a huge rumbling noise. Ray answered the phone on the first ring, he explained to me what I needed to do, stayed on the phone with me as I walked down into the basement to try and turn off the machine. I had called 3 other companies, this is the only company that responded. A+ company, thank you Ray for your kindness.

Wow words can not say how happy i am with this business i called him with an emergency my HVAC had no power and he walked me threw on how to fix it over the phone in less than 5 min it was fixed. excellent service.
