To get ANYTHING for free nowadays is amazing.. but free professional advice is unheard of. This is either nicest plumber in the business or the smartest marking genius in town! Ray took the time to give me advice on how to loosen a part and I will be sure to hire him whenever the repair is beyond my scope. Thank you Ray!

When I discovered that my 30-year-old Vaillant boiler was spewing CO and had been giving me headaches 3 days before Christmas, Ray, Chris, and Jeff came through to install a shiny new Weils-McLain boiler with 24 hours notice. They also undercut all other quotes I got, and did a fantastic job. They even put up with me watching and pestering them the entire time. Highly recommended.

Chris did a fantastic job. He replaced 2 of our faucets to our satisfaction and is a great guy. It’s great to know a plumber who does great work, is a great person, and is affordable.

Three nights before Christmas (around 9pm), my furnace suddenly stopped working properly. It was lighting all the burners and then abruptly shutting off. I called Emergency Response and the man who answered the phone immediately knew what the issue was (the flame sensor) and told me how to quickly clean it off with some steel wool or sandpaper. Surprised, I thanked him, and 5 minutes later my furnace was working again.

Emergency Response saved me a costly service call from another heating company and also got my heat back on quickly on a cold night. I'll be calling them as needed in the future.

I called to have my heater fixed it was 60 def in my house. Your employee responded in 20 min. Treated it like a true emergency. Very professional and educated me a little about the central AC and heater.

We were so thankful we called Ray and not one of those larger companies. What a pleasant experience given the situation we had with our pipe. We're very thankful, God bless you and your business.

Had a CO leak that I had been misdirected on before contacting ER. They took the time to talk things out and thouroughly test things discussing how things actually work so I would understand and eventually finding the source of the leak. Very professional, courteous, and knowledge. Will suggest anyone who has any issues to contact them first.

The information and customer service I received was remarkable!!! My questions were answered immediately and the answers I was given we're spot on. I'm in Maryland so using them for my plumbing needs would be hard however if you live in or plan on moving to Rhode Island I would definitely call Emergency Response plumbing!!
