I'm a first time homeowner, so I'm pretty much learning as I go. You fix one problem, then you get another. Anyway, this time it was my pipes. Came home to a living room full of water. They sent someone out to assess the situation. The guy they sent was extremely rude. I got the feeling he was needed somewhere else. He looked at my pipes, then went to my basement to look at my heating system. "Oh this going to be a huge job. You need a new boiler, the valve over here needs to be repaired. It's gonna be expensive. Let me call my boss." He stepped outside to call his "boss", then came back saying " it's about 18,000 worth of damage. You can call other companies to get a quote but that's what you're looking at." That's exactly what I did! I called another company who did a FANTASTIC job! The guy explained everything in a way that I could understand. He repaired my problem for $515. He stayed for a while to make sure everything was good(which it was). If they give you a ridiculous quote, please call a different company. This company needs to work on their customer service.

Thank you ER plumbing for the help today! I started out the day with a badly leaking sink and called them for advice. I left a voicemail and within 3 minutes I got a return call. The gentleman I spoke with answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to speak with. Happy to say I was able to fix the problem myself but I would definitely recommend working with this company if you are in their area!
