Chris was professional and friendly. We had small talks during the install and he was more than willing to answer some of my questions. Water heater leak detected on Thursday night, called them on Friday, and water heater replaced by 9:30 AM on Saturday. A+

Ray, the owner of this business, came out himself on a Saturday morning to repair a leaking pipe because his technician had to cancel due to a death in the family. Ray was knowledgeable, neat and efficient, and epitomizes the way a business should be run.

I made an appointment at 10:45. They were here by 12. Job was done quickly and now i have heat again. Technician took the time to explain what was done and why. Very affordable and would highly recommend them.

Horrible!! The WORST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! Will not recommend these people to anyone. Lack of communication between the boss and the workers. We had a small minor leak. First time the guy came he charged me $125 for the service and didn’t even do anything. Told me the pipe will not leak anymore. Then it’s started to leak again so I called, the guy came and brought some basket to fix it and said another $100 fee for the basket. So what did I pay you $125 for the first time??? For you to come here, do nothing and leave? The most ridiculous service I’ve ever received in my life! If you’re a plumber, you should know the issue. Why should I pay you double for your own mistakes. Let me guess if the basket doesn’t work and starts to leak again I have to pay you again? When you call them, ask them for the price upfront because they’ll lie to you over the phone and say the plumber will tell you the price when he gets there and when he came he never did!

Called Ray from Texas with a question about a kitchen remodel. He was able to help right away and when I showed him what we wanted to do he told us how. Judging by how helpful he was over the phone I imagine he's even better in person. Wish this company was in Texas!

Ray is a clear example of great people in the trade. Although he is not in the area, he took time of his day to listen to the issue impacting heating of the Rinnai unit installed by a previous technician. Ray solved the mystery in a 10 min FaceTime call.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done fast! We had Chris come back after installing the furnace in January to do our water heater. He is the best, hands down.

Ray was fast and professional and knew what he was doing. I am very glad I called Emergency Response. Fixed the issue I had after some testing and then replaced the part that was not working. I will not hesitate to recommend and call the next time I have another issue with my heating.

When my hot water heater started leaking water I knew I was in over my head. ER Plumbing made sure I had stopped the leak over the phone-even helped me troubleshoot why it was still leaking after I had shut the water supply off. They scheduled an appointment and arrived at the very beginning of the two hour window they had given.

Christopher G. worked really hard to repair our water heater and the price was reasonable for the work he did. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future for the next time things go wrong.

They are our go-to plumber. Despite the name, they do it all and do it quickly and correctly. We have used them 3 times. Two simple jobs and a relatively detailed job.
