My AC went down on one of the hottest days this summer. Everyone else I called was already overbooked or could not give me a solid idea when they could come out. Emergency Response was there the very next morning right on time. I had a shorted relay in the condenser that needed to be replaced. The technician had the part in the truck and I was back in buisness within the hour. Great service. Great Response! I couldn't have gone any better. I highly recommend!!!!

I was away in FL when my tenants in Providence told me their heat wasn't working on a cold Sunday morning. I didn't know how I was going to take care of it from so far away.
After calling two companies and getting answering machines, I called Emergency Response and someone answered. He said I would get a call within an hour. Chris called and said he would fit it into his schedule. He was very helpful and asked for my tenants' phone number. He said he would call and arrange to be let into the house so I could enjoy my vacation.
He fixed the heating problem and called me for a credit card number, and emailed me a receipt. The price was very reasonable for an emergency on a Sunday morning.
My tenants said he was friendly and polite and explained to them what he was doing. I would definitely call this company again.

This was the first time that I experienced boiler - heat issues. After a Google search I decided to call Emergency Response Plumbing and Heating. I am pleased to write that Ray was professional, prompt, courteous and after diagnosing, Ray explained the issue to me. Most importantly, in a matter of a few hours Ray replaced a part to get my boiler running again and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Emergency Response plumbing and Heating.

Unfortunately they were not able to make it to my home, but I sent them pictures and talked to one of the workers over the phone. We figured out what the issue was and he even sent me a picture of the part we needed to replace. He was very professional and educational, hopefully the installation will be as easy as he explained. He was very helpful! Would definitely contact them again in the future.

As always, Ray did a great job with the regular maintenance of my Rinnai boiler and on demand water heater. Prompt, quick, checking his work before he leaves, and great with mouse-proofing advice. :-) I would recommend to anyone for installations & repairs!!

I needed faucet shutoffs replaced. I was able to make an appointment on line that was quickly confirmed. The tech arrived on time and worked quickly and
efficiently. The cost was reasonable for the work that was done. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

Easy to schedule appointment online. The technician was able to resolve our problem in 10 mins (fixing national grid technician not turning stuff back on) but still paid full price, however, they came back out next day no charge when we experienced issues again. The technician was very polite and informative.

Ray the owner has been my Plumber, Heating and AC repair man for the past 15 years. He is professional, courteous and extremely competent. He prices are more than fair, he does not try to sell you anything you do not need. To sum it up Emergency Response is an awesome professional company but more importantly is the owner has integrity which is rare these days.

Chris was outstanding in response to our hot water tank replacement...cordial, pleasant, and delivered service and product as outlined.
Would definitely request him again for other plumbing work when needed.
