A tech showed up to add an outside water valve and said he would return. Never came back, now two weeks later. Big waste of time, not only for me but also the company.

Emergency response did a great job when I was in a pinch Chris and Ray really took good care of me. I needed a heating system fixed fast and they were able to do the job! I called other companies that we’re going to schedule me at least a month out and these guys were over within days they do great work and are very nice respectful gentleman. I would highly recommend their services!

Made an appointment on- line as directed for Saturday on Thursday evening, but got a call about half an hour after making the appointment to see what was wrong and he said he could stop by tonight. Great service.

I’m so grateful to ER for helping my family fix a break on our main line right before Christmas, which had put the brakes on our plans of cooking, baking, and guests. Even days before the holiday, ER was extremely responsive with sending Chris out to our home. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean with switching out our old piping. Our plumbing has never worked better and the holidays are back on at our house!!

Had an issue with an appt I scheduled (no-show, no communication) and initially left a bad review. I was in the process of scheduling with another company when they were kind enough to reach out to me and confirm that there was a system issue/error that resulted in me not being scheduled. Because they were professional, apologetic, and wanted to make things right - they had someone come right over (which I was okay with). They diagnosed, assessed the cost, installed the part, and fixed the issue quickly. Now the kids are warm again. Glad the issue is resolved and I can (hopefully) rely on them in the future. Thank you!

The service was great, made the appointment online with a 2-hour window, and I immediately received a text confirmation.

Ray was knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue, bought the replacement part, explained the issue and process as he solved the disintegrating boiler hose.

He is at the top on my call list. Excellent service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Ray.

I own a rental property in Johnston, my tenants called to tell me the heat stopped working, the temp was going to be 18 degrees that night, and it was after 530pm. I know. The panic set in. I called my usual plumber but he didn't have anyone on call. I looked at reviews online to try to find a business who had good reviews and most importantly could come quickly. I called one plumbing company call center and they said they would call me back. I waited 15-20 minutes. No luck. I called Emergency Response Plumbing and Heating and spoke with Ray. He was courteous and said he was the person who would be answering the call and checking out my problem.

I live 35 minutes away from the rental property and Ray is out of Warwick so it wouldn't take him more than 20 minutes to get there. By the time I arrived, Ray had met with my tenant, figured out the problem and waited a few minutes to make sure the problem was fixed before he left

I know if I'm in a pickle again, I know just the business to call. I read some low reviews from other people but all I can say is that ERPH showed up quickly, fixed the problem and were very professional and courteous. They can have my business time and time again. What a saviour and stress relief!

Ray and his crew were super responsive and timely when our furnace broke. He even came back to help us install new thermostats. Super professional, timely and kind. Will use again in the future for sure !

Great guy! He was so nice and professional and fast! I had another company come in an hour or so before him to check on my heat. The first guy was from Atlantis heating and he told me I need an entirely new heating system is gonna cost me $12,000. Mind you I miss single mom of two and I had no heat for a couple of days. He said there was no way he could repair my heating system. The gentleman from emergency heating came in and fixed in like an hour firm pennies on that price. Highly recommend this very honest company!

Emergency Response Plumbing is incredible. Chris came out to our residence almost immediately to help review a clogged drain. He referred me to a company, Guaranteed Rooter, to address the issue via a snake drain. They too were amazing. Overall, the price was very reasonable and the issue was fixed in a timely manner.
