I was recently caught off guard needing to replace the heat pump/AC at my rental unit in Providence. I contacted Skawski to discuss a quote and received a prompt and professional reply from Christian. He was able to come out the next day to take a look and provide a quote, which was super helpful because I wanted to get the process rolling ASAP. He was on time, efficient, and easy to talk to about my options. Afterwards, I received detailed quote information via email the next day. The quote was competitively priced, but I ultimately chose another company because they were able to offer 0% financing for multiple years. If you find yourself skeptical of Skawski due to the range of reviews on Google, I recommend talking to Christian personally about your concerns. My impression based on our conversations and his clear efforts to go above and beyond to be professional and responsive is that he ran into small business staffing issues that he's working diligently to rectify.

I got connected to this company thru Angie's list. I had a emergency on Saturday and my heat stopped working. Christian and Dallas came out. It took them 2 hours to temporarily get my heat to work. It was a total waste of money.He will definitely try to Rip you off and misdiagnosed my issue. Never use these people

Remember when it was so hot out during the summer...well, I called a bunch of HVAC people to come and look at my air conditioner. The ONLY one who responded was Christian, who came up on Sunday to fix the problem at a very reasonable price. He told us then that the unit was not going to last much longer and that we would benefit from a new unit. He was right. After a while the air conditioner sputtered to a stop. Unfortunately, the unit which was dead so we opted to purchase a whole new unit, furnace, AC and whatever else went with it. Chris and his people came up and did the job which took a bit because he fit us in during his very busy season. He is professional and he even threw in a thermostat which offset the price of the initial visit. I recommend him.

Total and complete con artist. I'm so glad I no longer work for such a dishonest person. I have people calling me asking where he is because they gave him $10k+ and he disappeared. He has jobs started all over RI but hardly any of them finished. Look elsewhere. He overcharges for sub-par work and then disappears with your money.

First time using this company and I will definitely call them again! Christian was professional and he was very thorough in finding the problem and repairing my heating. He is so very reasonable and the kind of service contact you want to keep in your phone for future use. No heavy sales - just honest feedback. Nice to find someone you can trust - Skawski HVAC is a keeper! I definitely recommend this company!

Skawski HVAC have gave me the best service a man can ask for. If you need a HVAC system go with SKAWSKI HVAC & ELECTRIC!!!! They will not let you down

Although Shawski HVAC was affordable there was a reason they were the low bid. You get what you pay for. They showed up late and worked late into the evening. The work did not pass the first inspection. Getting them to return a phone call and actually show up when they said they would was nearly impossible. If you are looking for professionals do not use them. If you are looking for the low bidder and do not mind everything above go for it.

Christian and his team were exceptional and so professional. They were here for a total of three days installing an air handler, condenser and a thermostat with new wiring. They made sure not to leave until everything was completely installed and functioning correctly. I highly recommend Skawski HVAC.

This guy should be a lead character in the new movie about the invisible Man. I've never met him but I'm really not looking forward to it

First time we used their services things went well. Since that time 1 year ago I tried hard to schedule an appointment for the replacement of my entire HVAC system in August. One call back. The new system is installed and we couldn't be happier with Air Quality LLC.
