Mr. Travers is knowledgeable, professional and polite. He serviced our septic system and gave us some tips for maintaining it. Higtly recommended.

I had no heat two nights ago and called Travers and the man on call, Rick, told me to check the batteries in my thermostat (I didn't know that there were batteries in my thermostat). He saved me 127.00 by giving me directions, over the phone on how to remove the thermostat and replace the two triple A batteries. I am very grateful to Travers Plumbing and Heating because I am a Senior citizen and they saved me 127.00..

Have had Travers Plumbing come to our house on two different occasions. Both times arrived on time or early, completed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. Very satisfied.

Needed a new water heater, called Travers. Someone was at my house the next day. Andy came and removed old water heater and put in a new one, he was fast and efficient. Both Erica and Ashley were very pleasant when I spoke with them on the phone.

What a joke. They asked for a credit card up front and charged me $235.00 for 3 hours of work before they even came out. Since I was promised that the card wouldn't actually be charged until the work was done I didn't think using my debit card would be a problem. Wrong. The plumber came the morning after I called and stayed all of 10 minutes. He ran his hand under the water and announced that we needed a new hot water heater. Ummm...how did he know? He investigated nothing. We installed a new hot water heater. Not through them, thank goodness. My plumbing issues still aren't resolved and I'm out $235.00 and the cost of a heater I didn't need. Think twice before you hire this company.

Called three other companies to try and get same day service to troubleshoot and solve my furnace issue - I had no heat in the home. They responded same-day and were able to identify and fix the problem. House is warm again. Very happy with response time and professional service.

I had last minute timeline to get my water lines capped and plumbing removed on my kitchen sink before my cabinets showed up! Called these guys and they were here very quick and performed what I needed in record time! Thanks guys
