Called 3 times to report a problem with my oil furnace seemed uninterested in with my situation. Had system tuneup about a month ago with them.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , SAVE YOURSELF MONEY & ALOT , ALOT OF AGGRAVATION ! They called me to say they had a special on cleaning my Furnace ,.. i said ,ok, no rush , do it when you can , they told me Thur 3to 4 at 4;30 i called them and they said They could not make it ,OK , So much for getting out of Work early ! The next day 2 guys show up at my house to clean , 5 min into job ,.. GUY says i need a new expansion tank and a new Over/P Control Valve because of safty ,.... i ask how much, he says 64.00 for the Tank 38.00 for the valve & Labor is free cause of cleaning ,...10 Min later the same guy says he got a problem ,HE Broke the Tank takin it off because is was too carroded , stuff is leakin out now !!! HE LEAVES ME WITH A BROKE SYSTEM !!! AND SAID THE COMPANY WILL CALL ME BACK With a new Estamite WELL, THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK ! 5 DAYS LATER ,I HAD TOO CALL THEM , 655. 00 IS THE NEW ESTAMITE ! FROM 102.00 TO 650.00 THAT IS CRIMIN

Very poor customer service from the manager. I had some questions about a mini split unit and he was rude and wouldn’t let me finish speaking. Very frustrating to deal with when I’m looking for help to solve a problem.

Your service person was polite and kept me informed of what additional work would be needed and would order additional parts for a future appointment. Good work.
