I hired Martel to replace my boiler and water heater with a new high-efficiency combination unit. They were very responsive to my inquiries, and their quote was very reasonable. When they were here doing the work, Kyle and Jimmy were absolutely fantastic. They were very respectful of me and my property. Even between days at the house, they left all their tools and my basement very clean and organized. Kyle, in particular, did a fabulous job explaining the new system to me, showing me how everything works, and making sure all my questions were answered. Very impressed with the level of service I received! Highly recommend!

Marc was my 1st tech that replaced a circuit board to find out it was no good, Jade came out next, replaced. Circuit board, job done , Jade. and Marc are an asset to your company, thank you for all that you did for me, would never call anyelse.

Kyle, Jake and Jimmy did the install of a Navien high efficiency boiler while disposing of my old clunky boiler/water heater. The guys worked efficiently and professionally - doing extensive quality checks at the end to make sure everything was functioning properly. I've used them for smaller projects and they did a great job with a major one here.

Ray And Zach were great! They were able to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve our heating situation and they communicated effectively throughout the process!

This was just for our consultation but he showed up on time was professional, friendly and compassionate and understanding of what we were going through. Can't wait to continue working with them
