Martel made a sales call to my house on 4/14 for a new mini split. Not only was the sales person unknowledgeable but also unprepared and unqualified to actually make a sales call. A little bit of training goes a long way. Tried to keep my business local but two weeks later and I have not heard a peep from them. Ended up spending $8k at a competitor.

Marc and Dimitri were absolutely amazing!!! Not only did they come out right away (and earlier than expected) to quote my job. They came a day earlier to repair our water valves on our boiler and vent because the gas company had turned our gas off. (GAS company had been taking meters out side from inside and didn't like what the boiler looked like) These gentleman didn't want our family to go an additional day without heat. I would recommend them to all my family and friends!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!!!

Have used Martel for a variety of plumbing and HVAC needs since moving here 5 years ago. John and Rashad were here today on time, professional and yippee for a new toilet! Martel is the best!

This is the second time we have used Martel Plumbing and Heating for a major project and they were just as awesome as the first time. We just bought a new house that had no air conditioning at all. After talking to Carl and walking around the new house with him, we decided on ductless mini splits for our extra long ranch house. We were able to get the project started two weeks later (5 days after we moved in) and it went great. It took two days and Carl and Mark were great!! They definitely worked their butts off the gets the much needed cooler air into our home for us and they were professional, yet funny and great to be around. They knew their stuff and planned out the project effortlessly. Bottom line is that this company has skilled people doing their work and I would recommend them to anyone. My in laws have even used them as well. You can't go wrong with Martel!

Ray, came right out and instantly knew the problem. He was very good at explaining the issue and solution. Ray always keeps his work area clean and ensures the issue is resolved before he leaves. Cant speak highly enough about Ray!!

I recently had to have a water pressure tank looked at. This thing was 20 years old, REALLY rusty, and looked like it was on it's last legs. I lined up a couple of estimates, Martel being one of them on the strong recommendation of a friend.

First guy came, looked at it for a minute, went out to his truck and came back with a $2300 estimate. Total visit was a matter of minutes. Now I didn't have a particular dollar amount in mind, but that one took me back a little.

Next up was John from Martel (I pray that's his name so he can get proper credit. The memory is a little off sometimes, LOL). He checked out the job, I told him what the other estimate came in at, and he didn't make the "wow, you'd be getting ripped off" face I was hoping for. I was honest and said that if the estimate was coming in the same, I'd hold off and maybe tackle the job myself.

John said he had an idea. He had me turn the power off to the tank, then gauged what my water pressure was without the tank/pump running. It turns out the pressure was practically the same. John said he could cap off the pipes, and disconnect the tank for $300! He saved my family $2000. He had the tools needed and he did the job right then and there.

Martel Plumbing has my business for life. Family owned and operated, which always nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

John was great. He showed up on time for the evaluation and explained everything clearly with no pressure or attempt to upsell. This is my second time using Martel Plumbing and I can't recommend them highly enough.
