After an earlier miscommunication, I contacted Martel Plumbing for another job. Started with an email with the intention of a phone follow-up. After speaking with the office manager, I booked the repair job for that day. John came in, assessed the situation and provided me with two options and price for each. The work was completed neatly and in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased and have booked another job with them. I now have peace of mind and would recommend Martel to anyone looking plumbing services.

Needed cast iron replacement in a basement bathroom. Very nice workman and extremely. The price I got from the company was reasonable. The work was done to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend Martel Pluming and Heating. I will certainly use them in the future.

Best experience we have had! Honestly, they are single handedly the most professional, responsive, and experienced services company we have every used.

We had Martell remove our old boiler and hot water tank heater and replace it with a Viessmann efficient hot water boiler and an indirect water heater. They also redid some of the existing water pipes that were done incorrectly by the prior owners.

From the beginning Jim and team were professional, very responsive, and accommodated any questions/requests we had without hesitation before, during, and after installation. The job took two days, and honestly, I have never seen such neat, tidy and organized work from anyone. After the first day, they left our house immaculate overnight--cleaned and organized. I've never seen any service company leave the place so organized even though they would come right back the next day!

The final result was immaculate (see picture) and works perfectly! If you need any work done, especially plumbing and heating you need to talk to Jim and his team.

Andy was friendly, efficient. He arrived around 8:30 a.m. and completed the work by 11. My wife and I are very satisfied with his work. I will not hesitate to call Martell Plumbing and Heating again if needed.

Martel Plumbing and Heating was fantastic. The initial call with girls in the office was a pleasure, they asked some great questions so the techs would have all the information they needed before they arrived and worked around our crazy schedules. They texted us on their way and I could track the service professionals like door dash which I thought was amazing. When they arrived we discussed our problem and they presented 3 different solutions to solve our problems which they explained in easy terms to make sure we understood and even offered a membership that would save us money today. The techs were highly trained, prepared, and professional. They will be back in the spring to service our air conditioning which was included in our membership. Win win.

We just bought a house in November which ended up having heating issues. The high efficiency boiler that we inherited kept turning off (no heat or hot water) and displaying an error code. This particular boiler is technically challenging, requiring a specialized/advanced skillset. Not knowing this, we called around and many companies were turning us away because they don't work on those. We found Martel recommended on the boiler manufacturer's website. We called on a Thursday night and left a message after hours. A woman returned the call Friday morning and scheduled a visit for that same day!
Ray and Zack were incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to explain findings/problems/solutions in ways we could actually understand. At times, they even consulted with the boiler manufacturer technicians while working, ensuring the highest quality of work. Ray and Zack did a fantastic job. It has been just about a month now and we have not had any issues!
Its comforting, as new homeowners, knowing we found a reliable company with advanced technical expertise and great customer service. When we need plumbing/heating assistance in the future, we will contact Martel without a doubt.
