Martel Plumbing & Heating

I decided to use Martel Plumbing and Heating for an oil to gas conversion. They were the second estimate I received. I was impressed by the great customer service right from the beginning. Let me start off by saying there organization skills are unmatched even my wife was impressed at how organized they were. I should have taken a picture of their shop they set up in my basement for 3 days with 3 tables with a full inventory of tools. The whole process went off without a hitch. The experience was great from the first phone call to the installation all the way up to the removal company that dismantled my 56 year old oil boiler and removal of an oil tank from my basement . Kyle did an excellent job answered any and all questions that I had. Martel Plumbing and Heating the customer comes first give them a call you will not regret it.

Kyle if you have a photo of your impressive on the go shop show it off! It's not easy to impress my wife and she was at how organized everything was.

Super impressed and satisfied with their work. Never thought I would consider a boiler and a water heater 'pretty' but they proved me wrong - left the place cleaner than they found it too. Side note (12/24/20): I had an issue with another heating system today that was completely sepererate from the install they did yesterday and they came out and got it fixed at no cost on Christmas Eve...need I say more? Best damn company I've come across. I wish all of the companies I work with were as good as these guys.

Great experience with Martel. We needed a toilet repaired and Ray came out within a couple hours and fixed it perfectly, even dealing with some challenges of our old building. Scheduler was friendly and professional, Ray was friendly, professional, kept the work area clean. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

On time, polite, efficient and did amazing work. They left the area neat and clean and the new unit looks incredible. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

From my first call to schedule an estimate to the final install, they were all great!
Very responsive and Carl was full of knowledge and very helpful in getting us estimates for different options to choose from that best suited of needs at this time.
We will definitely be using them for phase 2 when we are ready!

Jim and his crew were excellent. 8 days into buying my first house the boiler exploded. Needed a full replacement. Tragedy. Jim not only got the job done fast, he and his guys were courteous, and the cost was incredibly fair. I can't thank them enough.

The techs were professional and addressed my immediate issue of a leaking fitting on my boiler. They also pointed out a few additional issues that I was not aware of that needed to be addressed. I will certainly use Martel plumbing and heating in the future.
