I called Strine Heating and Air Conditioning during the busy season. It was very hot and our central ac was not keeping up after 16 years. We needed our central air replaced as well as our forced air gas heater. Strine was very busy and didn't seem to have an opening that week. But, I received a call from their office that Barry Strine, the President of the company would come out and give us an estimate. Barry gave us a great price and even extended a discount that had previously been offered to residents in our town home community. My own business was very busy at that time and I was not always able to answer the phone. Barry worked with me via email to work out all the details and answer all our questions. He made it very easy to get the job done. The crew showed up on time the day we scheduled and completed the installation in less than 1 day. There was a small glitch with the installation that I noticed when I got home that day though. I emailed Barry and he had someone come right out on a day that fit our schedule to take care of it. When I was reading reviews online prior to calling Strine, one person wrote that you can buy a quality product from lots of dealers, but not all dealers give great customer service. We believe that Strine has great products and excellent customer service. We are very pleased with Strine Heating and Air Conditioining in York, Pa. and highly recommend them.

Technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable about all the products and services. The sales team does a good job at explaining technical concepts in a way that is understandable to the lay person and never try to upsell products. I’ve purchased a new A/C unit and furnace in the last 5 years, so I speak from experience.

This morning I went into panic mode because my air conditioner unit was not working. Called Strine's after reading their reviews and was not disappointed. Within a matter of a couple hours a professional responded and fixed the issue in minutes. The responding repair professional was Joe, who was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Our A/C went out Friday evening, I'm new to the area, so I didn't have a go to company to use. So I asked around the office today for some recommendations. Two of my colleagues suggested Strine's, so I gave them a call this morning. I spoke with a gentleman named Matt, who said he could get someone out to the house today. The technician, Ben, was excellent and explained what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. Ben recommended calling into the office to get signed up with their maintenance service. I called in right after he left and will have the agreement sent over. I believe I have found my go to HVAC company in the York area.

I am extremely happy with everyone who has done work for me. The Techs and Salesman are the BEST!! I would recommend Strines to anyone who needs HVAC service...
