Strine's Heating & Air Conditioning

Richard came out to check the humidifier on my heat system. He didn’t try to upgrade or sell me anything and gave me a a much needed course on the system so I was able to understand how to work it. A through look over and he found no issues, other than my user errors. Super helpful and knowledgeable!

I called strines after my heat went out to get a price on replacing my furnace and a/c. They charged a very reasonable price and answered any questions I had along the way. Eric, the estimator, did a fantastic job explaining what would get done and the differences between the different units. The guys that came to do the work, Jesse and Mark, were polite and professional and did exactly what Eric explained to me was going to get done. Everyone was definitely on the same page. Overall a great experience!

The salesperson presented themselves very well, showed interest in having me as a customer, & took the time to explain things to me. Work crew was kind enough to inform me about how bad of shape my current duct work was & recommended getting it replaced. Work crew went above & beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I'll be using Strine in the future for my heating & cooling needs. Installers were Nathan, Evan, and Peter.

Very pleasant experience working with Ben Weaver to get the right equipment at a reasonable price. Equally as professional and pleasant experience with the installation team. Overall great experience and extremely pleased with the work.

Just moved into a new mobile home of Friday. Friday night discovered the dealer didn't have the furnace started up. Strine tech came out within 2 hrs got us all set up and running. Definitely recommend. A+

Strine’s service and reputation proceeded themselves, also they sold Lennox. So we scheduled a representative to visit our house for an evaluation and cost estimate. Three weeks later our new system was installed and functioning flawlessly,, quiet efficient and a constant 70*. Oh and very reasonable cost.

I called Strines to help with a problem we’ve been having with dripping condensation from ductwork in our basement that was causing damage to our finished basement drywall. We had worked with them before and had a fairly good experience. Unfortunately not this time. Strines sent out an initial person to evaluate the problem. He confirmed that the water damage to the drywall was due to condensation, and that he would send someone out to cut into the drywall and investigate the matter, and determine what needed to be done. Two weeks later the technician arrived, cut into the drywall that was damaged, and proceeded to tell us that there was nothing he could really do, and that somewhere there was hot air getting in from outside causing the condensation on the air ducts. He insulated a small elbow of ductwork, and other than cutting a few small areas of drywall out, that’s all the guy did.

This was not the upsetting part. What upset us was that Strines charged us over $300 for service that literally did nothing to resolve the problem. When I called to talk to the manager about the ridiculous amount we were charged, he stated that he had a technician on site for a couple hours, and that he would not reduce the bill. Wow, and I thought this was a company that had integrity. So if you want to hire them just know that they’re way overpriced, and make no effort to be reasonable with their customers. As for us, we’re shopping elsewhere.

Strine's Installed a new furnace and AC unit to replace my 21 year old unit.The installation was great. No mess and everything was done neat and straight. Referring to the wiring and the plumbing. Love my new unit. Also recommended them for my Mother who had a broken furnace. They fixed her problem in 1 hr. which makes me feel good that I can depend on them to do my mothers furnace work. Thanks Again

Jeremy was so very thorough, helpful and courteous. He is a tremendous representative for Strine's. Julie was very helpful as well, making room the schedule for me to be seen. I highly recommend Strine's and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This is a highly recommended company. From sales to installation, I'd give them 10 of 10 stars. Installation of the new central AC unit was completed in record time and quite efficiently ! The installers were very knowledgeable and knew their craft.
