Strine's Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve used Strines 3x now for service and every time they are super professional and prompt to send a tech.

Called around 10-11sh in the morning on a work day. Got a tech scheduled for 12-4. They arrived just short of 12. Within that next hour they had found out what the problem was, replaced the necessary parts and left the area clean. Granted my issue didn't seem overly complex, but regardless. Two technicians came out, but i only got charged for one. Good work. Good lads.

I would give Strine's more than five stars if I could following their installation of a new Lennox central air and high efficiency furnace system. Chad was responsive and offered an array of options to replace the 20-year-old York unit in our home. He took time to answer every and all questions to my satisfaction. He did not try to upsell. Emailed questions were answered almost immediately. The installation crew was wonderful, displayed fine craftsmanship, and attended to every detail. The new AC was up and running by the afternoon which amazed me. I had carefully compared the Lennox systems to comparable units from Carrier, Heil, and Trane and Strine's easily beat them in price and features. If you are planning HVAC work don't overlook Strine's because I haven't found anyone better at what they do.

Incredible service & response time! As a business, we work hard and get hot. When our AC broke down in August during a heatwave, they made it out 20 min after the initial call. Then within 2 days, I had a whole new AC installed, working, AND they cleaned up everything. Absolutely recommend!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire process was. From initial phone call to final installation, the staff was incredible. I was amazed at how effortless it was. The product is exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson was knowledgeable, tentative, timely and helpful. The installers were courteous, efficient, and professional. When Nathan and Ian arrived for the installation of our new HVAC system, they were both very courteous, respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Every question I had the salesman answered. When they came for the install the guys where great. They installed and then explained the warranty and how everything worked plus were friendly. All around great experience and would/will recommend to others.

We had mini-splits installed in our home. Top notch service from start to finish. Chad was a well informed salesperson with installation experience. The installation crew was awesome ... no messes left behind... the job was completed on schedule.. all paperwork was neatly organized on our table at the end of the job. No trash was left behind.
