We had emergency failure of air handler in attic. I had 2 other companies that were hard sell. Tom was 3rd call and what a difference. Took time to take air handler apart to be sure we needed to replace. Took time to explain all steps and estimate was clear and precise. Then our almost 50 year old furnace went in dead of winter. Tom came right away and figured out how to keep it going for week til new one came in. Just installed new furnace, house is warm, everything cleaned up and Tom is timely and I appreciate that he doesn't do a hard sell, just the facts and choices and options. He always calls before he comes which is nice touch. No hesitation to recommend him to anyone in the market. He'll be doing my annual maintenance for a long time I hope.

We just recently had our heater completely break down on the coldest week of winter so far. DelFera came out and worked on our heater for 3 hours on an emergency house call. When they realized that the heater was completely broken, they provided us with space heaters and a great financing plan to replace our heater, AC unit, and water heater. They were quick, professional and very accommodating to our needs and fiances. My husband and I could not be happier with their work, professionalism, and price! Would recommend them a hundred times over and will be calling them for any heating/cooling needs in the future!

10 years ago on one of the coldest nights in November and the day before family was to arrive for Thanksgiving, our heater died. I called 10 service providers, many whom refused service unless I signed a maintenance contract and none of whom would show up for days to a week away. My 11th call was to Delfera. Tommy arrived in about 2 hours still dressed in his church clothes (direct from Thanksgiving mass) and saved the day. Since then, they've always done my maintenance for ac and heat. Always professional, timely, pleasant and cost effective. Today they once again saved the day, replacing our heater mother board when it died, and did so within 24 hours despite our last minute emergency call. I recommend these guys to all my friends and neighbors.

Great group of guys! Did an excellent job installing two new AC units, thermostats, air handlers and some duct work. Overall very happy with their work and very reasonable pricing.

Tom and his company are amazing! I had an issue early this am and within 10 mins of my original call they were at my house and had the problem, not even caused by the unit, diagnosed and fixed!!!!!! I cant say enough about DelFera & Son Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!
