My hot water heater quit yesterday 8-6 so I called Tom. At 1:00 the same day the new hot water heater was installed and working great. Great workmanship and cleaned up the area. You can’t beat this kind of service!! Thanks so much!

Came home from a trip to no hot water. Being new to the area I had to go by reviews and ratings and I was not disappointed. Fast service. Friendly service. Honest service. Soon after I called I had hot water at a reasonable price and a really great experience. Tom you made a customer for life!

Of course our heating unit went out during the coldest week of the year. One call to Delfero & Son and literally 24 hours later we had a new heating unit installed. Every call we were greeted with responsive professional and kind employees. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. To say we were impressed and are extremely thankful is an understatement! Highly recommend.

I personally do not think I will use this HVAC services provider any more. Not only probably no need for HVAC services for a long while, but also not feeling comfortable to select them again in the future. Slightly overpriced, customer services phone calls are messy and confusing, but overall they are not that bad though.

Ben was very knowledgeable n very pleasant. He’s a former teacher of HVAC n related services, so he should be good. He notified me via text he was on his way. When he arrived, he proceeded to put on covers for his shoes since it was a rainy day. Ben came in, checked the heater n changed the filter for me, then proceeded to go outside to service the AC. He was gone for a while so I assumed he cleaned it well.
Asked if I had any questions n if I was having any problems with my units. I was not so off he went. Thanks Ben!
