Installed Heater and AC and then claimed we were too far away to service it(20 minutes outside WC)? Never would have had them install if they couldn't service it. We had to find another company to come out, they said there were major issues with AC unit.. Customer service and installation awful.

I highly recommend Donnelly Heating & AC. They are very punctual when arriving for a service appt. The service people are neat and polite. When I had a major problem they came the day I called even though I was not an existing customer.

So, I just learned there is another Donnelly business located nearby. I bet these guys are great, though! It will not allow me to remove this comment, so instead. I wish to thank these people for still working during this pandemic to keep our houses comfortable and livable.

I was in need of an emergency service. A technician was sent first thing Saturday morning, and my problem was resolved in no time. Very fair pricing and quality service. They are extremely professional, polite, and friendly!

Poor workmanship and unwillingness to own the work. It is hard to understand how they stay in business. In addition to poor workmanship their team is not customer focused. Their team is motivated by the dollar only
