Dave came to our camp to assess the building and offer us solutions for our heating/cooling needs. Only the first part of the project but satisfied up till now.

I've attemped to do buisness with them on two separate occasions. The first time i never received a call back for over a month and thier excuse was my paperwork got lost in a pile on someone's desk. Against my better judgement i called them again a few weeks ago because i try to support local buisness, all i needed was a part for a garage furnace. Once again have yet to receive a call back. That's no way to handle customers and i certainly won't attempt to do business with them a third time. Save yourself the headache and call someone else who cares about thier customers.

Watch out for tricky quotes that are misleading. Slow return calls and NO follow up on work done. They also left job undone. I had to call another contractor (more $$$) to fix all the things they didn't do right: Broken outdoor spicket ($$$), several leaking joints, they chipped my porcelain sink when installing which another contractor had to replace under warranty (more $$$), excessive part charge, they left drainage unresolved in the basement, leaving a plug in my drain (hmmm), improper drainage from furnace causing shocks, now a leaking brand new hot water tank thats leaking all over my basement and left no manual... what do you know... another call $$$ expansion tank. Horrible experience.

The man that came to my house was very courteous. He was able to answer all of my questions and fix my furnace. I am so glad he came quickly. This winter has been very cold and I didn't want to be without a furnace for very long.
