I have used Gatesman numerous times, and have been completely satisfied on every repair/install they have completed. They are knowledgable and courteous. Their prices are half of their competitors, and their work is the best I've encountered in the area. This is a reliable company you can have confidence in. Finding a company you can trust is very important to me. I highly recommend.

As always, great service! We have been customers for decades. Their knowledge and experience is amazing. Took care of several things on this visit including dead squirrel in heater, wellness check of systems in 2 houses, removal of old water tank equipment, cleanup of redundant piping, unclogging bathtub without chemicals, and advice on well and ground pipes. Clean and fast!

Gatesman's offers emergency services after hours. They are genuinely concerned with the safety of people and pets. They offer recommendations and give you alternate choices to fix your problem. Some alternates are things they cant do, but they tell you who can do it. I feel this is above and beyond the business expectations. Their labor and parts are very reasonably priced also. They serviced a close friend's furnace that was located in the roof of the home. It was unusual and dated equipment. They fixed the issue for her to provide warmth until they could order the equipment and get her running at full capacity. I feel this is phenomenal service!

Matt and his team didn’t d an excellent job replacing my Moms water heater, he responded quickly when the old electric water heater went out and did an awesome job replacing with a more efficient gas model

We had an excellent experience with Gatesman Plumbing Heating & AC. The receptionist and the technicians were very professional and kind. Their response time was excellent! After they arrived they were very efficient in resolving the problem!

A number of calls were made to have plumbing issues repaired and were always told we'd be put on a list. When a third issue occurred with water running directly out of piping into crawl space under the house, a 'red star' was put by our name. Weeks later I finally had someone else do the work. I'm not sure what kind of plumbing issue or which customers receive prompt attention from this company; but it was definitely not us!

We had drain issues with raw sewage backing up into the basement. Gatesmans worked diligently to unclog the drain. A small hole had to be dug in the yard to access the outside line. They did this with little mess in the yard. They installed an outside cleanout for access in case of future issues. They did a good job.

Amazing experience with these guys! We’re so grateful for how quick and efficient they were, they saved our trip to our camp and our 4th of July weekend! Highly recommend!!!
