These guys are amazing! I'm a full time real estate professional (19 years with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty) and have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies/people. Easy and quick appointment set-up, cordial and honest technician, good value for their services.The technician was very informative about possible upcoming repairs needed to HVAC unit. He also educated me on how to prevent any unexpected repairs by maintaining my aging unit by simply keeping up with a regular routine maintenance check up which I wish I have done it since I purchased my home 15 years ago but I guess it's never too late, thankfully I'm in good hands now. Three years ago we were having our house built and I found out at that time if would be a good idea to have a generator installed. The reason for this is there is no electric my well will not run and that only gives me 1 flush for the toilet.
So, I contacted B and L Ott and asked them for a sales person to stop by and give me the details about the generator that they would install.

Questions were asked if we would want propane or natural gas, how many rooms did you want power supplied and where would you like it placed around the house. The sales person was excellent and answered all of our questions. Gave us a quote and by the end of the day we contacted him to set the plans in motion to install the generator. We went with the Generac brand and it was for the entire house to have power.

B and L Ott came out in about a week with a crew of people. I have to say I have never seen anything run so smooth. They were neat from picking up wire clippings to smoothing out the mulch. They were very professional and their work was excellent.

Our power was out for about 4-5 hours just like they said. After the completion of the install a review of what to expect when the generator does a weekly test run all by itself. Yes, the generator is on the noisy side but I would rather have my heat, AC power in the house for the refrigerator/freezer and my pump to function for my well.

You will remember your first time when the power goes out even if it is for 1 hour and 2 days when that generator kicks on you will say it was worth the money.

You can shop around and maybe save $100 or have it done right the first time with a group of professionals like B and L Ott.

Finally, I have B and L Ott service my generator since they have the computer to test the system, again it is worth a little extra for their service contract. Plus it is a real positive if you go to sell your house.

Since I travel my wife appreciates the fact that we have the generator so if the power goes out she has no worries.

Just replaced our aging heat pump. What a difference....the house is so much warmer! Meade team worked efficiently and got this major job done quickly with minimal disruption. Travis explained things and answered our questions. We were very happy with the consult beforehand and feel we received an excellent price, along with financing and rebates!

They replaced my furnace, AC, and water heater. Estimated time was two days but they did it one! All personnel wore shoe coverings until they put down tarps throughout their travel area. All dust/dirt was cleaned up inside and no metal/debris was left outside. Pricing was spot-on with other vendors. Excellent work by extreme professionals. HIGHLY recommended!!

B&L Ott is by far the best HVAC company I've used in many years of home ownership, they always are on time, take care of my systems, and never try to sell me equipment I don't need unlike some of the other large HVAC companies I've dealt with over the years.
