I normally do not take part in surveys or bother to leave reviews. This company deserves notoriety and a "pat on the back". My experience with them was the best of any company I have paid to do work at my house since I bought it over 7 years ago. They communicated with both my husband and I very well and made sure they understood what we wanted. Their attention to detail was above par and they made several visits to my house simply to plan out everything that was to take place, both with just the project manager and another time with the head of the install team himself. All of my questions were answered, even if they had to come back out to my home in person to fully understand and see what I was asking about. The install team was very curtious of being in my home and of my time. I had this company do a full tear out of my heating and cooling systems at the time and replace everything with new and more efficient units and ducts. They did amazing work and I would recommend them to anybody I know. Their work shows quality, they have great knowledge about their products and what they do and they treat the customer very very well.

Fernando & Elliot were very professional and polite. They installed a new Trane Air Handler and Heat Pump for us. Any questions we had they answered professionally. After they were done they cleaned everything up. We are very pleased with their workmanship and would recommend them to anyone who needs service or a new install. I have used B&L Ott for the past 26 years. They installed a new Trane System about 7 years ago and it has been nearly flawless. I have a maintenance contract and they are always, prompt, professional and courteous. They recently performed a filter cleaning and AC maintenance. Ellen, their technician, was prompt, professional and friendly. My HVAC is in my basement alongside my woodshop. We chatted while we both worked. She seemed very proud of the work she was doing for B&L Ott.

Just wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the entire process of the install of our Trane unit. All of the technicians were really good people. People I felt I could trust in my home. They were kind, considerate, and just good guys. My husband had the basement door open while they were working and could overhear their conversations. He said they all got along, were respectful of each other, and genuinely cared about the work they were doing. They did a great job with the install. Eric, the salesperson was extremely nice and helpful in assisting us in choosing the right unit for our home. I am very particular about having service done at my home. This group was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

We have had such a good experience with B&L Ott! I’m always able to reach someone at the office, and every technician we’ve had come out has been professional, reliable, and COVID conscious (wearing a mask, maintaining social distance). We love Ellen - especially my kids!

It was a pleasant surprise to see a woman tech. She was very helpful, friendly, and spent time getting my heater ready for the upcoming winter. She answered all my questions. I called this company when my old furnace went out. At the time I didn't have a contract with them, but their on call technician came to check it out anyway. It was a Friday night after hours. He got it to go back on but it wouldn't stay on...he stayed for a while until he got it working. Ultimately the unit needed to be replaced so I went with this company because they had the best quote and excellent customer service EVEN before I was a customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I felt like they went above and beyond and really care about their customers and the quality of their work.

Today Colton did a routine maintenance on our heating system. He was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended b&l ott to others because of the great service I received from Colton today. I am very thankful for the positive experience I received using b&l ott. I will continue to use them for all of my hvac needs.

Great experience from my first contact with Sales through the completion of my HVAC system installation. Everyone was on time for the appointments, were responsive on the phone, and did a great job answering all my questions. This company installs Trane systems which, according to my research, are one of the top products on the market. They also installed a whole home humidifier which I'm looking forward to using in the winter time. I highly recommend using this company if you are looking to replace your current HVAC system.

I saw the good google reviews and tried this location. It did not go well at first. The call was made because I needed a quote for a contactor for a new air conditioning unit. My current unit will not hold coolant. I was told the fee for a tech to come to check the current unit and agreed to the price. They would then quote the price of replacement. The tech came and confirmed the unit will need to be replaced. Then he told me that they don't work on my type of home and changed the fee.

When management discovered I was charged a fee but the tech didn't do much work they reached out to me. My money then refunded.
