W&S service technician, Jarred, came to investigate a lack of warm air blowing from our 20-year-old second furnace. He quickly assessed the issue and had the unit back up and running with no new parts needed. Jarred then suggested and performed some minor maintenance, all for a total cost only $90. Very nice, honest and knowledgeable guy, who seems quite eager to please. Extremely happy with Woodruff & Smith! 👍🏻

Woodruff and Smith recently completed a full replacement of my 40 year old furnace with a new Trane furnace and A/C system. The removal wasn’t an easy one; they built those old furnaces to last. At every step of the process, W & S installers Austin and Gary were very personable, taking care to disassemble the pieces without damaging the existing floor and walls.

Trane manufactures high quality mechanical systems at fair prices. Austin and Gary knew every detail of the equipment, patiently describing how the existing system would be replaced. They answered all my questions in terms any homeowner could understand.

W & S was on schedule and on time, factors so important to anyone juggling work and family. This two-day project was completely cleaned up. Aside from new equipment in the basement, there was no indication the work was completed an hour earlier.

Both installers then clearly explained the warranties on the equipment, providing excellent instructions on the operation of both the heating and cooling sides of the Trane system. They also showed me firsthand how to change the filters.

Our local market has many HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) companies, large and small. It can be challenging to determine who to approach for estimates and projects. I would, without hesitation, tell family and friends to use Woodruff and Smith.

We have been with this company for years. Jared came to my house today, serviced my furnace and installed a new thermostat. Along the way he explained everything he did and why we needed a new filter, etc. Jared was extremely professional. I can guarantee that we will continue to use this company for our hvac/ac maintenance, repairs and installation!
