As others have mentioned, not very responsive or reliable unless the job really interest them. They tend to be priced very competitively, but it shows in the quality of the work.

Went with Top Notch for my new AC because they are one of the few companies in Pittsburgh selling Goodman AC units, which are produced in the USA.
