Called for fixing shower faucet. Said service call $90. And then gave me a bill for $421 just for 30m labor tops. I had the parts. Will never call them again.

We’ve used these guys a couple times and they’re always great. Show up on time. Respectful. Clear communicators. They do great work and they always clean up after themselves!

They were prompt and did outstanding work. The technician Brian was very professional and didn't try to over sell me. He went through step by step on what he was doing to fix my plumbing problem.

One of their drivers decided it would be a great idea to talk on his phone and make u-turn in the middle of the street. He didn’t realize I was behind him because he just wasn’t paying attention.

Proceeded to yell at me like it was somehow my fault.

Teach your employees some respect for the public.

I had an emergency issue with sewage backup on Memorial Day weekend. Fagnelli was the cheapest option by far! Technician Chris Nementh showed up and took care of the problem immediately. He was friendly and professional and I will be using them for future needs.

Recently bought a house and they installed furnace and AC unit. I’ve had nothing but problems with both even though they are newly installed within last 6 months. When I call to schedule appointments I get rude impatient responses!

the worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional , rude person showed up in my house giving me estimate three time as much as other plumbers charge. I asked him to leave....

They are fast and efficient. They are a little pricey but they are worth every penny. When most plumbers won’t show up they are there within an hour or so.
