I call weeks ago about air duct cleaning. I was told someone would call me back but at the time of this writing I am still waiting for that return call. But no need to call now I called another company.

Called at 7pm on monday and owner answred phone. My ac unit died . Supposed to be 90 degrees on tues. They showed up at 2 pm diagnosed and fixed by 430 with new fan motor . Thanks JIm and especially Tom the svc tech he went above and beyond to get it running today.

I awoke to a 47 degree house. We called Craft and the technician was here in an hour and a half, fixed the problem in under an hour, and now I am warm and toasty! Polite, professional and got the job done!!!

I would highly advise against this business. The workmanship is sub-standard and their customer service is horrible. Don't even expect a return call from the owner of this company if you have a complaint.
