Can't recommend Baikal Mechanical enough. They designed the perfect AHU for the office building I own, and all my clients have had good things to say about this unit. And on my end, it costs so little to run the unit. Moreover, since it's built well by the folks at Baikal Mechanical, I don't have to worry about it dying on me unexpectedly. I've hired Baikal Mechanical on two occasions, and each time they provided impeccable service. The best thing about this company is that they'll install what they manufacture right at your property. You won't have to do any rigging and you won't need a crane. They pre-design the parts, bring them to the job site, and then set them up on site. That's what I call efficiency.
