My AC blower broke during a hot summer week. Within just a couple of days Dimos with Delta T came out, diagnosed the issue, sourced replacement parts and stayed late the next day to get my AC backup. Timely, responsive, professional, and straight forward.

This past year we had several issues with our Gas HVAC system. We had big companies come out and try to charge outrageous rates for very simple tasks (and once they were caught, they reduced the price by over half) and we had Trane (the manufacturer) certified technicians come out and left our unit a mess with parts all over the basement. After calling around to find a local company that provided quality work with honest rates, I found Delta T and Dimos. What a relief. If you’ve dealt with contractors in the last couple years, you understand the frustration. This will be a sigh of relief. Someone you can finally count on. Cross “HVAC guy” off your list. You’ve found him.

In maintaining a Real Estate business where my tenants' happiness and satisfaction are of utmost importantance, Dimo and his team are always my first call for HVAC issues or servicing. Not only are they extremely professional and courteous, but they are the most responsive service technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When using Delta T, there has never been a question of the quality of work nor the speed in the completion of the job, two things that will make me continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Ditmos provided great service. He kept me informed of each step he was undertaking and he showed up on time and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

Dimos is certainly an expert at what he does and Delta T provides the level of service you need when faced with HVAC issues. I would strongly recommend them when dealing with a major issue or for routine maintenance.

Wow what a life saver Dimo was. I called Dimo after Sila (another HVAC company) worked on my a/c. First Sila said it was the thermostat so I got a new thermostat. Then they said my reversing valve was fried, which would cost $2000-$2500 to replace. That’s when I call Dimo at Delta T. He came in and discovered the wire to the furnace was not hooked on properly and the thermostat was not programmed to my system. He did all this in about 30 minutes...AMAZING! Some of these HVAC companies are so dishonest and charging you for things just to make a buck. Delta T is honest, professional, prompt and competent-rare in this industry. Don’t waste your time with any other company. Go straight to Delta T. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
