We called Good's with a furnace issue and they responded quickly. Nick showed up and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also took time to explain what was wrong and walked us through the the steps to charge it to the insurance we have on the furnace to be reimbursed. The rates were very reasonable and Nick was so pleasant and kind, as well as being an excellent technician. Thank you Good's for a great experience. Can't thank you enough for saving us all that money! Our sewer backed up and a big name plumber came and told us he had to dig up our yard and of course the price that was quoted to be so high that we would need a loan. I called Goods and got a second opinion and saved so much money ( I am talking lunch money compared to other company)! Thank you Goods especially Jim!😀

They are the most responsive, on time professionals I’ve ever dealt with. I have rental properties that I’m always dealing with and wanting to keep my tenants happy. If I have a plumbing problem in any of them, which happens because the apartments are in old mansions so the pipes are older, they are there quickly. They get the job done same day, reasonably priced, are courteous and professional, and will work directly with my tenants if I am unavailable to let them in, out, etc. Highly recommend them.
