Family Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with Family Heating & Air Conditioning. I called first thing in the morning and they sent someone out right away. Brew was very kind and was able to find out what was wrong with my heating system very quickly. Thanks to Brew and Family Heating & Air Conditioning, a new thermostat was installed and I have heat just when it started to get cold!

I contacted Family HVAC after scheduling with another company who clearly didn’t seem to value my business. The owner answered the phone and was extremely professional and courteous. It was obvious that he appreciated the business. They were able to get a technician to my house quickly for heater maintenance prior to the cold season. The tech was very nice, very professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I’m very happy with Family HVAC. I won’t use anyone else from this point forward.

Excellent service and excellent response time. Old house, old heating system. Called when my heater stopped working in the morning. A tech was in my home by noon. Diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave us tips to avoid future issues. Tech was professional and pleasant.

My gas furnace was not working Brew came early afternoon told me I needed a part to get heat. He got the part late in the afternoon and cane back and repaired the furnace. Brew was very friendly and courteous I am very pleased because it was the coldest day of the year.

Brew went way beyond any expectations that I had. Needed not one but two units and they stayed late to make sure we were up and running durng a heat wave. My family will only be calling Family ..
