This past MLK day the temperature dropped into the teens and our heat in the house was not keeping up with our desired temperature. Mike came out to our house to check out our problem. He came later than his window, but we were just happy that he was able to come out at all given the holiday and the full schedule they had. The service call was $90, which I think is in line with the going average. Mike was friendly and professional.

Arrived as promised and made more sense than any previous companies.

I was a first-time caller, mid-afternoon no less, requesting service on my home heater that stopped working. Kim made a few calls and let me know that a tech would be there by within two hours and he was. He worked thru the problem, which was more complicated than initially thought. Mike had the heater back working before the sun went down. Thank you Air Dynamics for stepping up to help me & my family!
