We recently had a new air conditioner replaced at our Sinking Spring residence and have no complaints from start to finish, from the person who originally answered the phone in the office to the technicians who removed the old unit and installed the new one. They even went the extra mile to remove and take with them old window frames that were in a storage space where some of the new equipment was being installed.
We also had a new heat pump installed a few years ago at another residence and have had zero problems since installation. They handled all of the rebate paperwork at the time which was nice as well as for the new air conditioner install last week. If we ever need more work done I would call Alltemp first again..They have professional workers at all levels and we rate them 5 stars all the way. Thank You!

We have used Alltemp on several occasions. All of our experiences with them have been great. Most recently, Stan came to our house to repair our air conditioner on a VERY hot day. He was super prompt and had the problem identified and repaired very quickly! We will certainly be using them again in the future!

My mother was having issue with oil furnace. Tech showed up and told her that is going to be a costly repair. My mom being older and not mechanical. Agreed to have this company fix furnace. All that was replaced was igniter and thermostat. Thermostat was not nessacary if tech knew what he was doing. Over 1200 dollars later.Igniters are 100 dollars and thermostats are 80.
All this I'm going to have to check wiring since ac is also hooked up to thermostat. To see if it works properly. Wish she would have called me first. What should have been a a 400 dollar price came out to 1200. My advice to everyone is never use this company!!!!!update to recent post. My mother spoke to company and they magically reduced bill to 824 dollars. Still I wouldn't recommend them. I looked up parts and found them online far cheaper than what was charged.

Alltemp installed our HVAC unit 7 years ago. No complaints. Very pleased with the unit and it has served us very well. Recently they came out again to do a cleaning. Eric was courteous, professional and knowledgable. Job well done!

Eric stopped in to do routine maintenance on my AC unit. He's been here about four or five times since I had the unit installed (2014) and was always very efficient, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about operating the unit. All of the other times were also for routine maintenance. five star rating in my book. (out of five)

From beginning to end, the service was timely, the workers were efficient team players who performed their tasks in a professional manner always informing me about the process. They were courteous about protecting our home and our belongings, cared about detail, and cleaned up better than we expected.

Alltemp has been my heating company for 39 years. They have been able to fix my furnace when other companies couldn't do the job. Today they came out to fix my gas furnace. They did leave until I had heat. THANK YOU, ALLTEMP!!!

All individuals were very courteous, very efficient and helpful. I had 3 other quotes along with theirs. I had them reviewed by a friend of my son's who owns an A/C company in Virginia and his recommendation was the Alltemp quote.

Prompt, good people. Had a drain issue with the condenser filling with water and spilling. Ended up actually being an issue with the angle on which it was mounted - Alltemp charged for the drain cleaning and re-angled the condenser as well. Also did a few quotes for other work; I ended up holding off until next summer, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
