Few weeks back we had our water heater replaced by JC Heating & Cooling. They came out on a Friday to evaluate, came back again on Saturday to install. The tech, Jack was very efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after completion, you could not tell he was even there.
Also, the next day we received a delivered package from Piazza's bakery!! We had been with another company for over 30 years, had never received something like this from them. We would highly recommend JC Heating, customer service is impeccable.

I am purchasing a new home which has oil heat. I am a first time homeowner and have no idea about HVAC. I spoke to Joe today and he taught me so much. He spent an hour on the phone with me going over all my options. He was very honest and gave me so much important information. He is a wealth of knowledge and I hope to use his services for my new home.

Randomly called JC Heating for help with my hot water solar system. Although business is over an hour away from me Joe called me back to discuss options. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we discussed at length my issues, and I gained more valuable information just from the call, very pleased to have spoke with Joe.

Super professional service from start to finish. The lady at the office got my consult appointment with Brad scheduled quickly. Brad came over and carefully explained our options and provided expert advice that saved us money. Installation was also scheduled quickly, and JC communicated with the electrician making the process smooth & easy. At install time Ryan and Joe came over promptly and did a fantastic job - explained how the unit functions and cleaned up the entire area. Look no further for your HVAC needs - these guys are the real deal.

Excellent customer service. They delivered oil last minute when we ran out faster than expected, and the company we previously used was unable to help for several days. Friendly and easy to schedule. We are switching to using them exclusively going forward.

I was placing an online order and the oil price was $3.79 on 1/23. There was no option to fill the tank. So I called. The price changes to $3.90 without any notice. Never talked about a price or amount. Just to come out and fill my tank. I had a delivery schedule for 12/27. They showed up on Christmas 12/25 and charged me a short delivery fee? Really? If the delivery would have happen on the day schedule it wouldn’t have been short. With the price change and the short delivery fee that is theft in my book. I was a loyal customer for 20 years! Time to find someone new. Bye!

Technician Shawn M is fantastic! He explains what happened, and then explains what he is going to do to fix the issue. He also shows you right on the heater where the issue is. He is just great.
