ECI Comfort

We’ve used ECI since 2017 and they’ve have been absolutely great. Always on time, service technician are very personable and professional. We’ve had two parts replaced between our HVAC and heating system and their pricing was very good. I highly recommend their services.

Shout out to Matt and Alex for removing my old Fire-breathing Dragon oil boiler/HW Heater and replacing it with a new natural gas system. Looks like a showroom install. I plan to have them back soon for gas dryer and fireplace hook-ups. Thanks guys !!!

I had 2 central ac units installed by Dan, Tom, Nick and Sam. Truly the "A" team! Efficient, knowledgeable and cared about my property and treated it accordingly. Drop cloths everywhere and never would have known that big pieces of equipment had been taken taken up and down the steps and hoisted into an attic. Steve, the installation manager, was patient with all of our questions, incredibly knowledge about the type of systems and what would be the best for us, and the follow up to make sure we were satisfied was exceptional. ECI is a class act and very fair with pricing. I would refer them wholeheartedly.

It can be hard to find good people sometimes, and ECI isn’t good - it’s the best! Knowledgeable, professional, communicative, hardworking, respectful, clean, and willing to do whatever it takes to work with a client, develop a plan, execute, and modify the plan as needed. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

We had a heat pump installed and replaced the oil heat system in our older home. Dan and Nick were excellent technicians and completed the job in one day. They were professional and friendly, keeping us informed throughout the day as to their progress. Thank you to all of you for a job well done !

Dan and Nick did a great job installing our heat pump and electric water heater. They were very professional and answered all our questions, and definitely went above and beyond in their work.
