Dan & Alex did a great job updating and correcting our HVAC system & 1950s ductwork. Professional, clear communication, really clean work site. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.

Our boiler stop running in the middle of the night. Chris pushed some schedules around to get someone out earlier than anticipated. Mike came out and did a great job. Replaced our fuel pump on our boiler. Back up and running .

We recently converted from oil to gas for heating and replaced our AC and water heater. Nick and Dan were the ECI technicians. They did a superb job--they were on time, courteous, careful, worked quietly and quickly, and kept us informed at each juncture. Overall excellent experience. We had a new furnace installed by Dan and Kevin. They did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some problems with our existing thermostats and Jim was relentless until he figured it out. I’m giving 5 stars for the quality of service and follow up. Top rate company and team.

Dan and Nick were arrived exactly when they said they would and performed their jobs masterfully and explained everything they were doing. Both were incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Our family loves ECI!! They installed our central air several years ago, and just recently converted our oil furnace to gas. They also installed a tankless water heater. From start to finish, ECI was amazing! Everyone was so neat, clean and respectful of our space. I cannot recommend ECI (John, Dan and Nick) enough! If you need anything with HVAC, call them!!!!

Joe the salesman was ready on calls for answers to questions we had. He gave us options no other company did. We did get estimates from other companies as well. Glad we chose ECI. I have to say our daily life has changed now that we have the same temperature throughout our house with three levels!!
