They did a great job of repairing both my boiler and AC system. Despite the complicated and antiquated nature of my home, they were able to resolve all of my issues. They are professional, friendly and accommodating.

We contacted for an oil furnace "full cleaning".
Further explained to the agent that was for a house that is been rehabbed, that been vacant for some year or so, that our guys run out of oil, that we fill it up and the unit didn't start.
including but not limited to changing oil and air filter, nozzle and bleed the air from the Oil Line On a Boiler Burner.
We agreed for a $249.00 for the full service
When they arrived the went to the basement and told us that the furnace working area (some 18inches x 10 inches) "was dirty" and they needed to clean it.
I told them that I contacted them for cleaning the furnace and that the agent knew that it "was dirty"
They tried to increase the price an extra $200.00 for "cleaning" that 18 inches by 10 inches.
Of course I complained they rapidly "went down" in price, to $125.00 and because they were there I told them to go ahead and do it, but I that I will write them a review accordingly to this facts.
Then the Supervisor "JOE" no last name, told the employee "SAM" to leave the place because they will get a BAD review.
Long story short wasted my afternoon, and no service.
Thank God another company that we called before reached out to us come the same afternoon, cleaned, replaced whatever need to be replaced, gave us warranty for their service $260.00 FINAL
Not problems nothing, further I told them about the bad experience with this particular company, and I was told that many HVAC companies, send their technician to OVER SELL their products and services to the customers. They congratulated us for stay in our grounds and defend ourselves
Don't trust them, call them, get a quote in writing and if the try to sell them something fight because they are full of "creativity".

ECI installed four Mitsubishi mini splits in my older home last month. I feel they did a great job from start to finish. All the people I have had to interact with at ECI have given me their attention which made me feel valued. Do not hesitate to give ECI a chance at your project needs. Darren my sales contact, couldn't have been more communicative at the perfect level. He was confident with the workings of ECI and their products. I never was left in the dark or waiting for a response! A team of two installers, Mike and Joey completed the work efficiently, timely and with complete regard to detail. I was a bit worried having this installation done with holes going through walls of my 1950 house. They did great! I loved how they had a set start and end time each day and kept their work as non intrusive as possible with the rest of my home. I needed to speak with a tech about the workings of this new system. Darren put me in touch with their tech guy who responded very timely. I hope the owner of this company appreciates the good work his employees do for him!

Great experience with ECI! Brian and Mike both did a great job. The problem was difficult to identify and they came back without question if something wasn't working correctly. Every one was very polite, and they were very responsive.

Dan and Alex did a spectacular job. House left perfectly clean … it was a pleasure dealing with them and sales and service department. Thank you for doing what you promised.

I tried calling multiple heating companies to get service, with no response. Someone recommended ECI, and they got back to me next day. The first service visit was with Mike M, who was incredibly nice and told me the (not unexpected) news that I needed a new unit. They scheduled to install next day. Dan and Kevin installed and did a wonderful job keeping me updated on everything they were doing. They even hung around to be certain everything was working correctly, checking multiple vents. Very good experience.

Dan and Alex installed a new gas boiler for us. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. They and gave us a quick tutorial on the components and answered our questions. Very good experience overall.

ECI performed yearly maintenance on our whole house generator . Professional, on time and communicated exactly what was to be completed. Very happy with the service

This was my 1st time using ECI (A friend referred me) I was super happy with their responsiveness as well as their knowledge and friendliness. Rich was awesome! He explained everything to me, he was quick and efficient. I was so impressed that I signed up for one of their contracts. I would definitely recommend ECI!
