An absolutely amazing company. They found a problem with my furnace on routine maintenance and had someone out to replace the entire system the next day. Have been great about following up with routine maintenance as well and made adjustments when I felt like my AC was too loud-- completely fixed the issue in a few minutes! So grateful to have them-- everyone on their team has been fantastic.

I only have the opportunity to edit my old review, not add another, but once again amazing experience with ECI! Selinda and Chuck came out today for routine maintenance, and were awesome. Answered all my questions and checked everything thoroughly.

What I thought would be a simple job turned out to be much more complicated than I thought - ECI was patient, professional, kind and installed my new heater and ac system quickly. While they initially thought they’d have to cut my drywall to install my new heater into my ceiling, they were able to install without doing so which was a relief! I have already recommended ECI to a neighbor and will happily continue to refer them. Thank you to Jeremy and his team for making a really stressful situation much easier!

ECI is WONDERFUL. We have a 15 day old newborn and our heater stopped working. Within 4 hours of calling ECI they had the part they needed and heat back on. Julie was a pleasure to speak to on the phone and was able to quickly get an experienced tech out to our home. Michael and his partner were polite and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get the part that was needed. We enjoyed having ECI work on our home. Please consider this great family owned company for all your heating and cooling system needs.

Needed a new heater. ECI had great customer service, professional employees, came out to review our old heater, recommended a new one, offered financing, a good price and completed the job cleanly, quickly and efficiently. Dan, Nick and Alex were amazing! They were knowledgeable, thorough, tidy, and professional. They installed two heat pumps and removed two large oil tanks. They even took time to walk me through setting up the Trane app on my phone!

Had the whole shabang done.. new furnace, new ducts, new AC system. From the workers at the office to the technicians who came out to do the job, everyone was amazing. Great communication on all ends. Jeremy who originally came out to help us was informative and helped us navigate through the whole process. We had multiple companies come out, and we would choose ECI over anyone each time. Great company.
