Great customer service! I had an 30-40 year old unit in my home when I moved in two years ago, I had 5-6 HVAC companies come out to quote me on a new unit and/or do repairs to the existing unit. All these companies complained about working on the old unit and either refused to quote on a new unit or gave me a ridiculous price, saying the job was too hard. I was frustrated until ECI came in to quote the job. They gave me a good price, great equipment and great service. The technicians were super friendly and informative, they put my mind at ease and kept everything very clean although my job was a complete rework to install the split units. ECI has continued to support post installation, answering questions and helping me install accessories to the units. It's a big investment, you can feel confident going with ECI...highly recommend.

Dan and Alex installed our new HVAC system and thermostat and were here all day. They were courteous, clean and professional. Dan explained in great detail how the system works, and how to program the thermostat. I look forward to continuing our business relationship with ECI!

Mike came by to fix a problem with our AC unit. Parking in Philly was a nightmare - but he still was onetime and pleasant. He fixed our problem right away and the price was really reasonable. We'll use ECI for all our HVAC needs moving forward!

They were fantastic! Completely respectful of our home and wearing shoe booties. They were on time, efficient and effective! They had everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Can not recommend them and their equipment enough!

Our fourty-year-old gas heater needed to be replaced. Dan and Alex installed a new boiler with new circulators and zone controls for the four heating zones of the house. The installation went seamlessly and was completed in one (long day). At the end of the day the system was working properly, we had our heat back, and the house was left in excellent condition. We have worked with ECI for more than fifteen years (installations, maintenance) and they have always done an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

ECI is absolutely fantastic, our outside fan was not working at all, scheduled a an appointment, ECI technician was at my property before the 4 hour window, very professional , diagnosed the problem , and had it fixed in minutes. Been using ECI since 2016 and trust no other company when it comes to heater and AC repair!!!!

2023 update.
Requested Selinda again this year. Another outstanding visit. She lets you know what she will do and then gets to it. Answered my questions and made sure I understood what she was doing.
Also, easy scheduling too. Only positive experiences with ECI.

Great experience. Selinda was prompt and professional. Came in and did the work efficiently while explaining a few things to help us keep our system running smoothly. She even put down paper towels to protect our hardwood floors from the ladder. Those little things mean a lot. We have had our splits for four years now and could not be more pleased. Thanks Selinda and ECI!

Selinda did an excellent job. She even went so far as to show me the issues and explain everything.
Unfortunately, the ECI team that installed our system in the attic didn't leave enough room to open the door to the coils for maintenance and cleaning.

Had the annual checkup and tuneup for my ductless air conditioning system. Service person was courteous and professional, checked out and cleaned my system, getting me ready for summer.

Great company would definitely recommend them. Dan and Alex were very professional and informative when installing our new AC unit.
