ECI was amazing for both our high velocity system and our mini split. We have a 200 year old home which posed several challenges for the ducts but ECI figured it out with almost no invasive cuts or extra ducts in our historic home. The install was seamless and pricing was competitive. You couldn’t ask for a more professional team.

Jim, James and Jeremy installed several ductless units in my row home. Work was outstanding, from making sure the house was left clean at the end of the day to expertly placing each unit. I knew I wanted a Daikin system, which is the worlds largest HVAC company. There are only a few distributors within the region, however.

I did my research and met with Jeremy who was very knowledgeable and worked with me regarding my specific requirements for the system I wanted. Jeremy did his homework to make sure the Daikin FIT would work in our home in conjunction with our makeup air system. I am grateful that he did this, as other companies were giving me the "yes" without due diligence. This is a big investment to not have a guarantee.

There is a saying that the system is not as important and the person/people who install it. I am not sure about that, but perhaps I got lucky with both.

If you are looking at an affordable, efficient, quiet system; be sure to look at Daikin, specifically the FIT. It is a great system with all the bells and whistles of other name brands, but more affordable. In addition, you should use ECI to purchase and install if you want it done right the first time.
