These guys helped me so much. I needed a new HVAC system in my condo so Jeremy came to meet with me. He gave me choices and explained everything to me. He was so nice and even went to bat with my building manager who was not helpful at all. The installers - Dan, Alex, James and Nick were all super nice and answered all my questions. Also Alice who does all the scheduling was great and super nice. It took awhile to get the whole thing done but everyone was great the whole way through. Would definately recommend ECI to everyone. I felt like they were on my side when no one else was.

ECI did a great job installing our mini split ductless system in our tight South Philly row home. They were responsive, reliable and trust worthy. The installers James and Nick did a great job and we are very happy with our new AC!

we had 2 ceiling split ACs installed. the men who came to install it James and Nick were very nice and did a great job. the vents look great and they kept the house clean, they had to move some furniture around and put it all back nicely. if i hadn’t seen it moved i would have never even known they moved anything. great work and best price we could find.

We had a heater replaced in fall of 2022 and we are now getting our air conditioner replaced. Dan and Alex are very polite guys, talked to us like we weren’t stupid. Explained everything before and after words. Answered our questions. Everything has worked great so far and will definitely be telling our friends to use ECI. Thank you so much guys!!

Had a great experience working with the professionals at ECI comfort. They were able to suggest a solution for my cooling needs that other companies did not see. Dan, Nick and Matt installed the new AC and furnace and did an immaculate job connecting it to the existing duct work while also making improvements.

James and Nick were amazing during the 4 days of installation of new Heat Pump system, replacing a 25 year old air conditioner and 18 year old gas boiler. The arrived when expected, worked diligently and expertly on the many, many details of the installation, and tidied up every day — including organizing their tools and remaining materials very neatly! They were friendly and eager to share the details of their work, and explained the use of all of the new equipment. The worked heroically for a 12-hour day to be sure that we had the cooling in place for a hot spell. All of the ECI staff were accommodating and helpful, especially Stephen W., who listened carefully to all of our concerns and possible future construction plans, and took the time to map out many different alternative solutions. We highly recommend this team for HVAC work, and hope to work with them in the future when we figure out our remodel plans.

Using ECI for our air conditioning needs was one of the best decisions we have ever made. From our very first meeting with Darren to the installation by James, Nick & Shane every detail was done with the utmost professionalism. We are so very pleased. Thank you ECI!

Was in a pinch up against time with rough inspection on Friday. Steve came out Wednesday we walked and went through everything. 8am Thursday Dan & Alex showed up and went to town installing all the duct work even after some last minute changes again. Dan came back on Friday and got everything done in time for the rough inspection. Which passed! Was able to keep the project moving forward. Dan was great to work with, he came to me with questions before doing something when alot of other trades will just cut stuff if in there way, def appreciated that.

I had a great experience with ECI. Jeremy was great and spent a good deal of time with me looking at various options that would work for my house, my budget, my family, etc. He was thorough looking at all of the options and explaining the difference to me very clearly. Matt, James, and Jeremy installed the system, and they were punctual each day, everything was clean each day, they were communicative and thorough. We hit one snag, where what we hoped we could do, they could not, but we knew this was a possibility and everyone was ready with a few backup plans. One small piece of a unit was broken when they installed, and they quickly ordered the piece and followed up in just a few days and Dan replaced in just minutes.

Our first experience with ECI was perfect. We will stay with them going forward. Dan and Kevin did a complete heating and hot water installation in two and a half days. They were on time, capable, careful and meticulous. They used drop cloths and shoe covers. I wanted to be sure to give them a great review because they deserve it. Details of evaluation and sales agreement were managed quickly and professionally.
