Dan and Alex did a great job highly recommended they were very professional. Would do them again if we ever have or need a product to install.

Our HVAC system had frozen and caused signifcant water damage to our flooring. Just so happens my neighbor, Harrison, works for ECI so I immediately scheduled an appointment to have the system inspected. Harrison and Jeremy found several major problems during the service call so we decided our best option was to replace the system.

Within days, Dan and Nick arrived and did an awesome job replacing it. They were on time, professional, and answered every question I had during the process, which they also completed in almost half the time I had anticipated.

Everything is working great and we're extremely satisfied with the work they all did. Highly recommended!

ECI did a hi-velocity AC system installation for us last week. The work crew of Mike,Joe, Sam, Brian, and James were the best. They were professional, courteous, and respectful in our home. They paid attentions to cleaning up on a daily basis, were responsive to any questions or concerns we had about the process, and took a generous amount of time to teach us how to use the equipment. It was a pleasure to have these guys in the house. They worked as a team and truly seemed to like one another. Would highly recommend ECI and this service. The Watsons

I have to say that this company is pretty great. Joe came out quickly after my initial call into the office, recommended the right sized mini split unit for the space and provided a proposal quickly thereafter. He was patient enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Once I committed to work with them our installation was scheduled within a week of the request. On installation day, both Dan and Ryan arrived on time as promised. They were professional and meticulous on the installation of the unit and took the time to answer all of my questions. My experience was an A+ from start to finish wit ECI!

My experience with eci comfort was terrific. Dan and nick came out and finished my install in 1 day they were extremely helpful, courteous, professional and clean. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Before purchasing 2 new A/C and Heating units, we got four quotes before deciding on ECI and we are SO happy with our decision. Steve explained all the options, how things worked with ECI, and who would be involved every step of the way.

Now, Dan is THE MAN!!!! Dan did the install for our A/C and Heating System and Dan is beyond talented, smart, punctual, worked tirelessly (loooong hot days) and did the highest quality of work. He was very professional, personable (his dog Cannoli is adorable), and outstanding in every way. And thank you Nick for great work too!

We contracted ECI Comfort to replace a broken central AC unit. They promptly had a technician come to our house to give us an estimate, and were able to start the installation the next day. Brian, James and Dan were punctual, clean and friendly. They performed the installation on a Friday, but were unable to complete the outside work due to thunderstorms. They came back on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to complete the hook up so that we would have AC since the forecast called for 90 degree temperatures! An extremely professional team.
